This workshop will bring together international guests from over 20 countries to analyse how artificial intelligence and other technological trends impact the LGBTIQ+ community, and explore how bias, discrimination, and homophobia manifest in both digital and digitised spaces.

We invite you to join us for a screening of eight short films curated by Queer Cinema for Palestine, which will be followed by a discussion with artist, video artist, performer and painter Ana Čigon on art’s position in resistance and the liberation struggle.

This event will explore how the media shape the public image of the LGBTIQ+ community and contribute to the rise of hate-based attacks, both online and on the streets.

RAINBOW NATION A documentary about the courage, violence, and hope of the LGBTQIA+ community in South Africa. Premiere on June 10, 6. at 18:30, followed by a conversation with the creators and guests from South Africa. Don’t miss it!
