Location and entrance:

• The entrance to the venue is accessible from the inside parking lot of the building number 3 on Vilharjeva street. From Vilharjeva street, enter through the ramp, then go right under a gate. Go to the end of the parking lot, and you will see big red metal doors. In front of it, there will already be sitting spaces for the event.

Architectural accessibility

• The event will be held on the ground floor. The outside parking lot has a mostly flat concrete surface, with some cracks and unevenness. Inside there can be a small doorstep. 
• There is a portable wheelchair ramp, and it is possible to use it to get inside.
• The toilet is small and does not have accessibility amenities.
• The workshop stations will be held at tables with chairs, there is the possibility to choose your own place, and also sit on the floor, outside or inside. Additional chairs and pillows can be provided, if needed. 

Language and communication

• Language of the event: Slovene and English.
• Organisers will be able to communicate in Slovene and English.
• There will be no sign language interpreters present.
•  It’s possible to use a voice to text app or a translator on the phone to communicate with the organisers.

Signing up

• The event does not require a signup.
• During the event you might be asked to sign participation lists for different projects.

Sensory conditions

• The event will be held both inside the Studio Dansa dance studio, and in the parking lot right next to it. 
• The whole event is planned for several hours, and you are invited to come at the start, or later, and be there as long or as short as you wish.
• The program will include an introduction speech and opening, then a talent show, and a DJ set to finish.
• The event might be held inside or outside, depending on the weather. The specific program of the event might change, depending on the number of performances in the talent show.
• There will be free snacks and water.
• There will be music playing at the event’s space, and the speakers and performers will use microphones.

Quiet space

• There is no designated quiet space during the event.
