Location and entrance<\/span><\/h2>\n\n- The entrance is located from the front of the building, through a flight of stairs leading up to City Hall, building number 3 on Mestni trg.<\/span><\/li>\n

- The accessible entrance is located on the left side of the stairs, through a big wooden door. These doors need to be opened by a card, so please, upon arriving – let us know that you would like to use the accessible path. Architectural accessibility<\/span><\/h2>\n\n- There are several stone steps leading up to the City Hall\u2019s main entrance.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The accessible entrance will take you through an administrative entrance corridor, where you will need to take an automatic wheelchair lift and an elevator to the exhibition\u2019s space.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The accessible toilets are located on the first floor, with access through an elevator and another wheelchair lift.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Language and communication<\/span><\/h2>\n\n- Language of the event: Slovene and English.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Organisers will be able to communicate in Slovene and English.<\/span><\/li>\n
- There will be no sign language interpreters present.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Signing up<\/span><\/h2>\n\n- The event does not require a signup.<\/span><\/li>\n
- During the event you might be asked to sign a participation list.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Sensory conditions<\/span><\/h2>\n\n- There will be seats for participants.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The panelists will use microphones.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The panel will take place in the same event space as the exhibition opening later. You might be asked to leave the space afterwards, so the organisers could rearrange the space.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The entrance to the venue through the accessible entrance is only\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Quiet space<\/span><\/h2>\n\n- There is no designated quiet space during the event.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Contact person<\/span><\/h2>\n\n- Before and during the event you can contact Artur, a volunteer with prior accessibility experience. His number is +48 669 401 401, and you can text or call. Artur will be able to communicate with you in English, or find a gallery employee to talk to you in Slovene.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Artur will open the accessible entrance and be a contact person throughout the event in case of any needs concerning mobility around the event\u2019s space.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Please keep in mind that the organisers are not able to provide complex personal assistance throughout the whole event. The possible assistance is only relevant to navigating the venue.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
