The event will be held in Slovenian and English.<\/span> The digital age offers numerous opportunities for social progress, but at the same time it also reproduces \u2014 and sometimes even deepens \u2014 existing biases, including homophobia and transphobia. Artificial intelligence systems, often perceived as neutral, reflect discriminatory patterns present in the data they are trained on. <\/p>\n During the workshop, we will examine how algorithms, social media moderation tools, and digital platforms affect the visibility, safety, and representation of LGBTIQ+ people. Through concrete examples, we will address ethical challenges in technology development and explore ways to create a more inclusive digital environment. S pomo\u010djo konkretnih primerov bodo naslovili tudi eti\u010dne izzive pri razvoju tehnologij ter ponudili mo\u017enosti za ustvarjanje bolj vklju\u010dujo\u010dega digitalnega okolja.
