DESCRIPTION:When emotions rise\, nothing can hold them back. \nAs part of the Ljubljana Pride Festival\, join us for a powerful screening: \nIn a rural community where acceptance is limited\, Marko and Slaven — childhood friends and first forbidden love — meet again. As floods threaten the village\, Marko tries to contain his emotions. But like water\, feelings always find a way through. \nDirected by Čejen Černić Čanak\, this sensitive and gripping film is a story of growing up\, desire\, and the courage to be yourself in the face of fear and social pressure. \nA story about love that refuses to stay hidden. \nPost-screening Q&A with the director \nBoth the movie and the subsequent discussion will be in English. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Accessibility\n				Location and entrance:\n\nThe event will be held in one of the cinema Kinodvor rooms. Enter through the main entrance. The staff and organisers will be able to direct you to the event space.\nThe entrance is located from the side of Kolodvorska street.\nOpen the exact location of the entrance – link.\n\nArchitectural accessibility\n\nAccess to the Hall is possible by elevator (lift capacity is max. 280 kg)\, and the entrance to the Cafeteria is without steps.\nThere is also an adapted toilet next to the Hall. Access to the Small Hall for people with reduced mobility is currently not possible\, we are looking for a suitable solution.\nThe part of Kolodvorska Street leading to Kinodvor is closed off with a submerged bollard. Kinodvor staff can allow vehicles to access the cinema for short periods of time (there is a “Kinodvor” button on the bollard)\, but vehicles cannot be left in front of the cinema because we do not have an allocated parking space.\nThere is a possibility to use a wheelchair\, which is stored near the Small Hall. To use it to access the Hall\, please contact the box office staff.\nThe nearest parking lot for people in wheelchairs is in front of the building at Kolodvorska ulica 6.\nSource: Kinodvor’s website.\n\nLanguage and communication\n\nThe movie’s language is Croatian. The subtitles will be in Slovene. \nThe conversation with guests will be held in Slovene. The conversation won’t be translated to English.\nOrganisers will be able to communicate in Slovene and English.\nThere will be no sign language interpreters present.\n\nSigning up\n\nThe event does not require an earlier signup\, however it is ticketed. You can purchase tickets in the Kinodvor’s ticket office or online\, on the day of the event\, or earlier. \nDuring the event you might be asked to sign a participation list.\n\nSensory conditions\n\nThe film’s sound will be playing through cinema speakers. The guests and the moderator will use microphones during the talk after the movie.\nIt is possible to leave the room and building\, and enter again\, upon showing the correct ticket.\nAt the ground floor of the cinema\, there is a cafe\, with tables and chairs\, as well as sofas and benches.\nBefore and after the event people will be gathering in the hall and in front of the building\, which might create a crowd and make it harder to access the ticket office or entrance.\n\nQuiet space\n\nThere is no designated quiet space during the event.
