DESCRIPTION:June 6th\, 19:00\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Right Atrium of the Ljubljana City Hall (Mestni trg 1\, Ljubljana)\n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Kiss it Better\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Pre-event: Opening of the Exhibition \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Event will be held in Slovene and English. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Accessibility for people with reduced mobility: Yes \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				In cooperation with the Municipality of Ljubljana. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				At the exhibition opening\, we will get the chance to explore its meaning and meet the artists themselves: Christa Barlinn Korvald\, Marin Håskjold and IO Siversten\, established Norwegian LGBTIQ+ artists\, who have been working on the exhibition over a span of several years\, collecting the voices and stories of LGBTIQ+ people from different countries\, including Slovenia. The project tackles relevant societal and political topics related to the safety and freedom of the LGBTIQ+ community. The artists use video installations and visual exploration as a creative and attractive way of communicating the messages of the project. Interaction with the audience\, multimedia elements\, as well as innovative technological approaches will enrich the visitors’ experience. The exhibition will be open from June 6th to July 7th. \nYou are invited to a radical placement of queer bodies and experiences in the very center of the city. After the opening words of the curator and the artists\, a performance by the Crystal Queer Choir will follow.
