There are stairs leading to the outside area (garden / smoking area). There is no other way to access this area.\nThe entrance to the club has a concrete ramp from the ground floor. The ramp is not even and has no handles. Assistance is advised.\nOne of the toilets in the venue is big\, and can be closed off for personal use. The cloakroom staff will be briefed about assisting in making necessary space and closing the door. The assistance applied to people who have emailed us about participating.\nThere is a possibility to facilitate the participation of a maximum of two people with mobility needs (using a wheelchair or needing a chair). If you are planning to come\, please tell us on June 2nd the latest.  We will do our best to arrange a pre-viewing of the space\, a meeting with an accessibility coordinator\, an earlier entry to the club\, a briefing with the cloakroom staff and the bar staff. \nWe will reserve a spot in front of the stage for a maximum of two people using wheelchairs or chairs. Please keep in mind that the space will be extremely crowded and we cannot ensure a distance from the crowd.\nThis is the first year that we are trying out the more accessible participation of people with mobility access needs. \nThere is an experienced accessibility specialist on this year’s festival’s team\, but the venue has no experience with accessibility. Please contact us\, and we will do our best to arrange your participation to be as comfortable as possible. Email Artur at artur@ljubljanapride.org.\n\nLanguage and communication\n\nLanguage of the event: mostly Slovene and sometimes English.\nOrganisers will be able to communicate in Slovene and English.\nThere will be no sign language interpreters present.\nThe staff of Tiffany and Monokel is trained in reacting to dangerous situations\, if anything happens that requires immediate reaction\, please communicate with the staff of the clubs.\n\nSigning up\n\nThe entry fee is 10-13 EUR\, paid upon entering the venue. The entrance crew might ask to see your ID to verify your age (you need to be at least 18 years old to enter).\n\nSensory conditions\n\nThe venue will be extremely crowded\, there will be very loud music and colorful pointer lights\, as well as possible strobe light. \nThe music will be very loud\, the performers will not be using microphones.\nAny non-crowded space is outside of the club. Please keep in mind that once you leave the club\, you will have to wait in line to get back in\, because the entrance staff control the number of people inside. \nThere are two main rooms in the club – Tiffany\, which is where the performance will be happening\, and Monokel\, where there might be other music playing\, and slightly fewer people. \nIn both of these clubs there are bars. In between there are two bathrooms – one is bigger and the toilet is closed off with a curtain (and the room can be closed with a door)\, the other is an open urinal and a toilet behind small doors without a lock. \nThere might be a line to get into the venue.
